1. Buy a minimum of 100 RLS fittings of any type (couplings, tees, elbows, etc.) from any RLS distributor/wholesaler in North America – on one order with one receipt.
2. Complete the rebate submission form and upload a scan or photo of your paid receipt.
3. Receive a Visa Prepaid Card worth $100 for every 100 fittings purchased, up to $1,000. See examples below:
